We offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all merchandise from the date of purchase. This warranty includes all manufacturing defects but does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear, and tear, and/or damage caused by airlines or other carriers.
Otiwaa will replace the exact product, if it is available in stock, or issue a full refund. If we no longer carry the exact product, we can substitute for a similar item.

The Sister Bag is designed to keep water on the outside of your bag. However, the Velcros on the inside of the bag must be fastened properly to ensure the proper functioning of the unique design that prevents water from coming into the sides of the bag. Also, keep in mind that your Sister Bag will soak water in through the seams when submerged underwater or if left sitting in water.
New upgraded hardware on all our straps!
In 2016 with our very first batch of Sister Bags, we were unaware that we had received some defective swivel clips/hardware, which attach the shoulder strap to the bag. No need to worry though because we immediately took care of that problem. If you are one of our customers that did not receive your recall email and you find that your Sister Bag has defective hardware, we will send you a replacement no matter where you are! To receive your free upgraded, please send an email to email@example.com including the color of your bag, your name, and your shipping address. Don’t forget we will also ship internationally. We guarantee our product 100% and honor our warranty policies.
